My recent stay at Hotel Scherman in Midtown Manhattan was truly delightful. the boutique hotel's charm, reminiscent of Old New Orleans, immediately captured my attention. the black-and-white decor in the rooms added a touch of elegance, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for a city getaway with my partner. The French Quarters NYC, located on Restaurant Row, offered a great selection of dining options catering to the pre-theater crowd, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. the on-site Bourbon Street Bar and Grille served delicious Creole-style cuisine that truly transported us to the streets of New Orleans. We opted for a two-bedroom suite, which provided ample space for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. the separate living area with a pull-out sofa and additional flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the private patio with scenic views of the New York skyline was a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from Times Square and several theaters, made it easy for us to immerse ourselves in the bustling energy of the city while still enjoying a peaceful retreat in the evenings. the complimentary continental breakfast each morning was a lovely start to our day, setting a positive tone for our adventures ahead. the attentive staff, charming decor, and central location made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of what this hidden gem in the heart of Manhattan has to offer. Thank you, Hotel Scherman, for a wonderful stay!
